A fast-paced food science show with cool chemistry experiments!

Learn why we need our nose to taste food by playing a fun food sensory game to demonstrate the impact that science has on our perception of how we eat.

See if you can spot the difference between a real fried egg and a fruit fried egg just by looking at it as we transform a mango and coconut into a fried egg using hydrocolloids.

Watch as we cook with one of the coldest, most dangerous liquids on the planet “liquid nitrogen” demonstrating scientific properties and making the quickest creamiest ice-cream ever.

“Eat Your Science” illustrates how you can learn a lot about science using food from your kitchen.
