Culinary Gangsters – ‘Sourcing, Preparing and Cooking Foraged Foods’

As part of our Showcase Day Saturday November 16th we have two live cooking demonstrations where the Culinary Gangsters of Croí Restaurant will create dishes using foraged food items that can be found all around us in nature! Two sessions are being held on campus grounds, you will require suitable footwear and clothing as this is an outdoor event.  BOOKING REQUIRED. Times are as follows:

12:00pm – 12:30pm

1:30pm – 2:00pm.

*Meeting point in the foyer of the ITT main building. BOOKING ESSENTIAL.
