2025 has been a busy and successful year for student outreach, with a wide range of activities delivered across school visits, careers fairs, TY Taster Week, STEPS Engineering Your Future (EYF), and national exhibitions. These engagements are a vital part of our commitment to inspiring the next generation, giving students meaningful exposure to engineering and STEM pathways, and helping them understand the real-world impact of these careers. By meeting students at different stages of their education, we aim to broaden awareness, challenge misconceptions, and encourage more young people to consider engineering and STEM as exciting, achievable, and rewarding degree options that play a crucial role in shaping the future.
